Mechnician provides diagnostic solutions around the world. Outside of North America you are responsible for your local duty and taxes upon arrival.
Orders with standard shipping in North America will typically arrive in 4-10 days. Express is 2-3 days typically in North America.
International shipments can vary. Please chat or call if you have any questions
Returns and exchanges
There is a return policy at the bottom of the page. We do offer a 15 day return policy on jaltest diagnostic kits. Laptops and individually purchased diagnostic cables are not returnable.
You are able to use your own laptop with the Jaltest diagnostic kit. However, we recommend a refurbished MK5 Panasonic CF31. These are the most rugged field laptops and come with a 15 month warranty
